Renowned skateboard artist Jimbo Phillips, best known for his iconic Screaming Hand logo, is collaborating with Japanese artist Meteoratoyz on an as-of-yet unnamed pizza toy based on his Pizza Freak/Pizza Face illustrated character. To turn the 2D art into a toy, the pizza has grown funky feet, to go along with his bulging eyes and sideways tongue. Meteoratoyz’s sculpt brings the gnarly slice to life with strong textural details including the gooey cheese, bursting veins and bumpy tongue. Can’t wait to see this painted.
