Pepper, Ragnar’s first original figure produced by 3D Retro, will debut at SDCC at Ragnar’s booth (#523) in an exclusive Little Cartoons colorway. Limited to 90 pieces, the top-hat lovin’ Pepper stands 5” tall (with the removable base/’podium’) and comes with a removable Talisman and the aforementioned removable Top-Hat. Based on the poster above, it appears that Pepper uses his hat in part to hide his face/identity. Curious to see what’s underneath there.
