Patrick Chow and G999 recently opened the Ballmer Christmas party at IxTee’s new store/gallery in Hong Kong. To celebrate the release of Patrick’s Xmas Ballmer Ball-joint doll, several artists created custom versions of the figure including Kenny Wong of Brothersfree Fame. We assumed that Kenny’s custom was just that, a one-off custom. However, Kenny just posted a “Molly Ballmer coming soon” teaser graphic on his blog. Turns out that the custom was likely a hand-done preview of sorts of a production version. And… looking back at the custom pics on the ‘net, there are two Molly Ballmers side by side – one that’s clearly hand-done and the other which could very well be a production piece. Will we see additional Ballmer editions from other artists?
