KAWS continues his ongoing collaboration with AllRightsReserved—most notably the KAWS: Holiday installations and collections—with a refined, functional collectible. The ‘XX’ Monogram Teapot in white ceramic features a repeating pattern featuring the Companion’s gloved hands bounded by the stylized ‘X’. The elegant design celebrates the artist’s body of work while seamlessly fitting into the world of high-end teapots with minimalist deco. The teapot holds ~ 27 ounces and measures 5.31″ high and 8″ wide (spout to handle). Rather than a traditional Certificate of Authenticity, the teapot features an NFC authentication chip.
An edition of 1000, the ‘XX’ Monogram Teapot will be released on Wednesday, May 27th, at 7 PM PDT from the Ding Dong Takuhaibin web store for $380 each.
