I have one serious concern, and if I am missing something obvious about how this is preserved, please let me know:
If it’s made of real bamboo, I’m worried about the bamboo lasting long-term and maintaining it’s quality. Is there some special process done on the bamboo to keep it preserved? I know it is very durable and a good material but I don’t want it to start withering away in 5 years being that it’s $500… Will probably buy one if I find out that I have nothing to worry about 🙂
Amanda was quick to reply and said there is nothing to worry about and that she grew, harvested, and died the bamboo Herself before painting it and it would probably last better than the vinyl.
