Following its initial success across Japan, the contemporary pop culture exhibition “ART OF MIKU” has officially embarked on its international tour, hosting its grand overseas debut at Whitestone Gallery Taipei.
Centering on Crypton Future Media’s iconic virtual singer Hatsune Miku alongside the “Piapro Characters,” the project unites global contemporary artists to deconstruct and reinterpret virtual pop icons. The Taipei exhibition features over 80 new original works from a diverse cross-disciplinary roster, including British lobster artist Philip Colbert, visual designer Kosuke Kawamura, illustrator Katsuya Terada, and street artist Aruta Soup, alongside prominent local Taiwanese creators.
