A few weeks ago Filth and Tristan Eaton made it out to Kidrobot LA for the first launch party/signing of the new Thundermutt 3.0 figures from Thunderdog Studios. Now, it’s NYC’s turn – both artists will be at Kidrobot NYC for a release/signing event, Tomorrow – Thursday, October 8th from 6-8 PM.
Available in both red (500) and blue editions (200), the new figures feature Filth’s exterior and funky interior creature designs plus collaborative touches by Tristan (most notably the back logo). Each Tmutt comes in a high-gloss gift box and includes a swanky metal print on either brass or aluminum.
Thundermutt 3.0 has been a long time coming, but in our opinion is well worth wait. This one is spot on in pretty much every way – strong design, super tight printing, and a buying experience that is tops from the classy box to the impressive metal print. All for $30. Thunderdog knows toys and it reallys shows with this latest drop.
