Toy Art Gallery will present the work of five talented ‘kaiju’ artists for ‘Sofubi Godfathers’ opening on Friday July 8th from 7 to eleven PM. The exhibition features the work of Blobpus, Bob Conge (aka Plaseebo), Lash, Mark Nagata, and Paul Kaiju. By focusing on hand-painted customs of their own figures, the show highlights each artist’s character design and painting chops. We’ve selected some of our favorites from the show for your viewing pleasure after the jump. Also be sure to check out the official preview page. Ordering will begin at Noon PDT on Friday.
