Flora Notis JILL STUART will launch three new winter scents under “ICONIC BLOOM” nationwide on December 11, 2026. Guided by founder Jill Stuart’s idea of “happy memories,” the new releases use natural floral essential oils to express three personalities. Innocent Azure is a fresh musk floral, opening with green apple and violet, layering green notes with white flowers, and finishing with a lemon-wrapped aftertone. Alluring Gaze is a floral chypre, blending citrus fruity notes with spices, built around Damask rose and jasmine, and closing with woody musk. Vestiges of Us is a floral citrus, starting with blood orange, building warm sweet rose, and leaving a trail of cedar, musk, amber, and vanilla.
The three share the original base “Euphoric Bloom Accord,” blended from about 200,000 Turkish Damask roses that yield roughly one kilogram of absolute. With a natural-ingredient index as high as 98%, it continues the brand’s pursuit of the true essence of flowers.
The bottle is drawn from Jill Stuart’s private collection and inspired by a drop of flower. The 30mL bottle has an embossed gold logo plate set into the shoulder, while the 100mL adopts a glass dome shape with a vertically ribbed, knurled gold cap, presenting a gorgeous character.
